We won! First Prize in the Candy Category at ZestFest 2008 went to our “Great Balls of Fire” Truffles. (One fiery morsel shown at right.) This annual international competition, now in it's 13th year, is held at the Will Rogers Center at Fort Worth, Texas. Sauces, salsas, condiments, prepared foods, dry rubs, and candy compete fiercely for the judges attention, along with the traditional live chile cook-off. Like it hot?
