Chocolate Jams
As fresh fruit becomes available on Whidbey Island, I have been making jams based on a recipe I found a few years ago. The combination of fruit and chocolate is irresistible! I am using 65% cocoa in the jams. The chocolate is blended into the jam itself, and is not in pieces. It has been described as, “wonderfully rich and delicious.” Perfect on toast, waffles, ice cream, or as one woman told me: “I like it straight out the jar on a spoon.”

Certain truffles are good for those who are lactose intolerant. Truffles such as the praline, hazelnut and coconut rum do not have milk products added to the ganache. E-mail to discuss the contents with me.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for $10 for the first item and $1 for each additional item. A "Cold Keeper" is included to ensure your chocolates arrive fresh, although shipping to warm locations may be restricted during the Summer months. Sorry, shipping to US addresses only. If you wish to have a single order sent to multiple addresses we will be happy to work with you, but the base $10 per package cost will need to be collected separately. We will be happy to include a card with any gift orders, just make a note of it during the PayPal checkout.
