Truffles
The ganache for all of our truffles is made with organic cream, Belgian chocolate, European-style butter, and a flavoring to give it taste. These fillings are placed inside molded chocolate shells and then sealed with more chocolate.
We offer three assortments, full tubes of any one flavor, and the boxes of the new Syrah truffle:

Espresso (espresso powder dissolved in Kalhua),
Black Forest (dried cherries soaked in Kirschwasser),

Truffle Assortment Two: $19.50, 7.9 oz. net weight. Includes one each Blueberry Cassis, Champagne, Chocolate Mint, Praline (hazelnut and almonds cooked in sugar and finely ground), Hazelnut (our own hazelnut paste has been added), Chocolate/Chocolate, Raspberry, Espresso, Bourbon Pecan, and Chocolate Port Wine
Truffle Assortment Three: $19.50, 7.5 oz. net weight. For the adventurous, this assortment contains three each of truffles flavored with: Honey Chipotle with Sea Salt, Habañero, and Hatch Chili with dried Bing cherries. Check the Hot and Spicy page for more information on these.

The Syrah Truffle: box of 4 for $10.00, box of 8 for $19.50. This one was created for a local winery to be used in the Valentine’s Red Wine and Chocolate Weekend. Crafted using the syrah wine of Holmes Harbor Cellars and 70% cocoa, it was the talk of the weekend. The combination of the syrah with the bittersweet chocolate makes a wonderful pairing that enhances the taste of both the wine and the chocolate. Great way to say “I love you!”

Certain truffles are good for those who are lactose intolerant. Truffles such as the praline, hazelnut and coconut rum do not have milk products added to the ganache. E-mail to discuss the contents with me.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for $10 for the first item and $1 for each additional item. A "Cold Keeper" is included to ensure your chocolates arrive fresh, although shipping to warm locations may be restricted during the Summer months. Sorry, shipping to US addresses only. If you wish to have a single order sent to multiple addresses we will be happy to work with you, but the base $10 per package cost will need to be collected separately. We will be happy to include a card with any gift orders, just make a note of it during the PayPal checkout.
